Returns to the original supplier
You are responsible for your own choices — size, color, model, quantity and compatibility. If you'd still like to return an eligible product, here's how it works.
Eligibility
A product is returnable to its original source as long as: it's within that store's return window, the store allows returns for that item, and the product's condition qualifies for return.
What You Pay
We do not charge a new service fee for returns. You only pay the Return Shipping Cost, quoted to you before you confirm.
The Return Flow
1. Open your original order and click "Request Return"
2. Select the product(s) and describe the reason
3. Our team reviews the request
4. We calculate and send you the Return Cost quote
5. You approve and pay the return shipping cost
6. A carrier collects the item from your address
7. We track it back to the original supplier
8. Once the supplier confirms their refund, we process your customer refund
Return status is tracked step by step in your account, from "Return Requested" through to "Customer Refund Processed".
